FAQ

When am I charged, and how do I cancel?

You're charged at purchase and then at each renewal. Cancel any time from in-app Settings → Manage Subscription — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — first-time purchases qualify for a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Is there a difference between web and mobile pricing?

Plans and features are identical. Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd.; mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their billing rules.

Do you offer student or regional pricing?
